Skin Care Emporium currently delivers products throughout the Republic of South Africa.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities: 2–5 business days
- Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the courier’s applicable rates.
Any shipping promotions offered by Skin Care Emporium will be clearly displayed on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Where available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Skin Care Emporium cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery details, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Where appropriate, we will replace the affected item in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.
9. Collection
Where collection is offered, customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.
Proof of purchase may be required when collecting an order.
